I enjoyed a restful one-night stay in a King Room with a great view. The personable staff made check-in a breeze, and the cleanliness was remarkable. I especially appreciated the well-maintained fitness center. Future guests should inquire about local dining options nearby, as there are hidden gems. Can't wait to return!

Decent stay, but noisy neighbors

The room was okay overall, but man, it was super noisy. I could hear everything from next door, like someone watching cartoons with their dog. Emily at the front desk was a lifesaver and swapped our mattress right away. it looked gross. Breakfast was fine, but we went out to eat instead due to the chaos.

The flat-screen TV was great for movie nights with my teens. We loved the convenient location near shopping and dining options, which made our family stay enjoyable and entertaining. The double queen room offered enough space for our family activities.

My kids wished for better snack options in the vending machines.

Housekeeping needs significant improvement. the chair in Room 328 was stained and the desk showed wear. Despite notifying the staff, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. On a positive note, the full-size toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the gluten-free products available were appreciated. Unfortunately, these positives could not outweigh the overall cleanliness issues I encountered.

I often appreciate a clean room with a Hilton Clean Stay label, and I loved being just a few steps away from great places like Fat Patty's and Wendy's for quick, delicious meals after a day of exploring the area. it's a nice touch that they offer charging stations for electric vehicles as well, making it a convenient stay for those traveling in modern cars.

The lobby had a cozy, inviting vibe that felt welcoming. I appreciated the flat-screen TV and the complimentary newspapers, making it easy to relax and stay informed during my visit.
